My real journey into the hospitality industry began when I started working for a production company in décor and floral. I helped produce every type of event you could imagine. Ya girl ain't kidding, I've done it all. From birthday celebrations, corporate events, galas, and weddings. When I moved onto event management that's where the idea of Rachael Mary Weddings was born.
Now I'm here living my dream, creating beauty with every couple I work with. Sharing my passion with the most wonderful people helping to create the most unforgettable day!
Long before starting Rachael Mary Weddings, my love for weddings began. Growing up I would spend countless hours watching my parent's VHS wedding video. However, that wasn't the start of my love for weddings + events. Growing up with a very (very) large family party planning always felt like second nature to me. There was always something to do on the weekends, a family party, birthday or just a Sunday dinner. It didn't matter, we always went (still go) all out.

Pizza has my heart, but I'm Italian and from the north east so that goes without saying. sour or any gummy candies, count me in!
I truly love, love. I love to see people in love and hear all about your love story! That's what the whole wedding day is about in the first place, your love for one another. We want to showcase that as much as possible! Making the wedding personal to your love. Bringing in elements of your life together through your design and making sure it shines in all aspects of the day!

what makes a rACHAEL mary's couple
Ashley joined the team in 2018 when we first launched. She is a wife, mom of two girls., a full time hairstylist and my sister. Ashley has been in the wedding industry for 8 years. I started as a bridal hair stylist, and has the pleasure of seeing the other side of it by working with us!
Kaitlyn joined the team in 2022, and I could not be more thankful for her. Kaitlyn and I met when I coordinated her wedding in 2019. She is my right hand gal on every wedding day. She is a full time EMT and mom of 2! She is an incredible force, calming presence, and balances out our team so well!
